About the Coffee
Brewed strong in small batches and inspired by traditional South Indian filter coffee. Chicory adds depth, body, and that classic coffee flavor.
Not cold brew. Not espresso. Not drip.
Different process, different flavor entirely.
Cold brew steeps in cold water for 24 hours. It's smooth and mild. Filter coffee uses hot water, chicory, and 30 minutes. The result is bolder, deeper, and has a flavor cold brew never touches.
No pressure. Literally.
Espresso forces pressurized water through grounds in 25 seconds. Fast, intense, sharp. Filter coffee uses gravity over 30 minutes. No pressure, no sharpness. Just depth.
The oils stay in. So does the chicory.
Drip uses paper filters that strip the oils and produce a lighter cup. South Indian filter uses metal, so the oils stay. And drip has no chicory — which is kind of the whole point.
Small batch. South Indian. Just add milk.
