Not exactly. Cold brew is usually brewed cold and tends to taste softer and less intense. Kali & Co is inspired by South Indian filter coffee, which is bold, full-bodied, and traditionally mixed with milk. You can drink it iced, but it is not trying to be cold brew.

No. Our concentrate is unsweetened, so you can make it exactly how you like it. Add sugar, jaggery, simple syrup, maple, or nothing at all. Your cup, your business.

No. The concentrate itself does not contain dairy. Mix it with regular milk, oat milk, almond milk, coconut milk, or whatever your fridge is currently committed to.

Pour the concentrate into a cup, add milk, sweeten to taste, and stir. Serve it hot or over ice. That is the whole ritual, minus the waiting.

Yes. For iced coffee, pour concentrate over ice and add cold milk. For hot coffee, mix concentrate with warm milk. Either way, stir well and adjust to taste.

Start with our guide: 2 tablespoons concentrate for light, 3 tablespoons for regular, and 4 tablespoons for bold. Add milk to taste. If you like your coffee strong enough to change the tone of your morning, go bold.

Once opened, yes. Refrigerate after opening and use within 30 days.

Unopened bottles are shelf-stable for 2 months. After opening, keep refrigerated and use within 30 days.

We do not recommend freezing the full bottle. If you want to experiment, you can freeze small portions in an ice cube tray and use them in iced drinks, but texture and flavor may change slightly.
